1. About these terms
These terms cover your use of AI Agent, a personal AI assistant operated by Aryana Intelligence, a Zarwa Global FZC product ("we", "us", "our"). You use AI Agent through a Telegram bot, and you can connect it to your Google account. By using AI Agent, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
You connect by signing in with Google at https://aryanaintelligence.com/connect. The owner must approve every new user before AI Agent will act for them, and we may decline any request. Keep your Telegram and Google accounts secure, because anyone who can use them may be able to use AI Agent as you.
3. You are responsible for what you confirm
AI Agent asks for your explicit confirmation before it sends, deletes or edits anything. Once you confirm an action, it is your action, and you are responsible for it. Check drafts, recipients, dates and other details before confirming. AI Agent uses AI models, which can make mistakes, so do not rely on its summaries or suggestions for important decisions without checking them.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use AI Agent to break the law, send spam, harass anyone, access accounts or data you are not authorized to use, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.
5. Service provided "as is"
AI Agent is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using the service, including from actions you confirmed.
6. Ending your use
You can stop using AI Agent at any time. Revoke its access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, and email us if you want your stored data deleted. We may also change or stop the service.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If you keep using AI Agent after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
